Dojo directly translates as place of the way and is derived from Buddhism. It is used in Judo to refer to the place where Judo is practised.

Adults train on:

• Tuesdays from 19:15 to 21:30 (£5 a session)
• Fridays 19:30 to 20:30 (£3 a session)

Kids (8+) train on:

• Fridays from 18:00 to 19:30 (£3 a session)
